Returns
Customers are entitled to a full refund or replacement item if goods sold are unsafe, differ significantly from the sample or description, are unfit for common purpose, do not do what the business said it would do or are not what the customer ordered.
The company is not obliged to accept returns if the customer changes their mind, damages the goods or wishes to return goods because they have found a cheaper price elsewhere.
